VILLAS FOCH BORDEAUX
5-Star Boutique Hotel in Central Bordeaux
Villas Foch Bordeaux occupies two 19th-century stone villas in the Golden Triangle district, steps from Place des Quinconces. The building was designed by architect Joseph-Adolphe Thiac, who also created Bordeaux Cathedral and the Palais de Justice. A recent renovation preserved the original grand staircase and ornate mouldings while adding contemporary interiors.
The hotel offers 20 rooms and suites ranging from 20 to 65 m², including 8 suites. Several rooms feature mansard ceilings and views over Bordeaux's ochre rooftops.
Spa, Wine Bar and On-Site Amenities
The 110 m² spa sits inside a vaulted stone cellar, typical of Bordeaux's historic architecture. It includes an indoor pool, sauna, fitness room and massage area. Le Ferdinand bar serves cocktails, tapas and a curated selection of Bordeaux wines, including grands crus classés. The hotel does not have a restaurant.
Bordeaux Wine Country: Vineyards Within Easy Reach
Villas Foch is centrally located, within a 10-minute walk of Bordeaux's main landmarks in this UNESCO World Heritage city. The top Bordeaux appellations — Médoc, Saint-Émilion, Pomerol — are all reachable in under an hour by car. The hotel bar offers a straightforward introduction to the region's wines from the moment you check in.
